Infinity Synergy Consultant provides:

  • Consultant and support services for business formation in Dubai, UAE Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions along with related corporate services.
  • Digital Marketing Services, including but not limited to social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, content creation, and branding solutions.

All Services are subject to availability, government approvals (Where Applicable), and applicable laws and regulations of the UAE and India.

3) Services Fees and Payment

  • All service fees payable to Infinity Synergy Consultant are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
  • Government fees, third-party charges, and taxes are separate from our services fees and must be paid directly by client (unless agreed otherwise)
  • We reserve the right to revise our service charges at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments must be made in full before the commencement of services, unless a written agreement provides otherwise.
  • For digital marketing, results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and platform policies. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, or revenue outcomes.

4) No Guarantee of Approvals or results

  • For company formation: Final approvals are strictly at the discretion of UAE government authorities, free zones, banks, and other relevant institutions.

  • For digital marketing: While we use industry best practices, performance outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control.

Infinity Synergy Consultant shall not be held liable if an application is rejected, delayed, or if marketing results do not meet client expectations.

5) Client Responsibilities

Client must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
  • Ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Comply with UAE laws, regulations, and licensing requirements at all times.
  • Accept full responsibility for the business activities carried out under the company formed.
  • For digital marketing: Provide accurate product/service information, necessary brand assets, and access to platforms/accounts (where applicable).

Failure to comply may result in delays. additional coasts, or termination of services without fund.

6) Limitation of Liability

  • Infinity Synergy Consultant will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We shall not be liable for losses caused by incorrect information provided by the client, market fluctuations, third-party platform issues, or government authority delays.
  • Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid to us by the client.

7) Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, branding, and materials, are the property of Infinity Synergy Consultant and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written consent.

8) Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client data. However, we may disclose information when required by law or government authorities.

9) Termination of Services

  • Infinity Synergy Consultant reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms, provides false information, or engages in illegal activities.
  • Service termination due to client fault will not entitle the client to any refund.

10) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sharjah, UAE

11) Updates to Terms

Infinity Synergy Consultant reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
